Our Family Wizard I was court ordered to sign up for Our Family Wizard. I filed contempt charges against my daughters mother and have appeared in court 4 (?) times now infront of Hon. Scott Elswick. She (Bennesa) has refused to let me see my daughter or talk with her, even with court orders. The 1st weekend after my last trip to the courts and after signing up to OFW, Bennesa refused to let me have my daughter on my scheduled weekend. I have called the state police, sherrifs office, in Richie, Wirt & Kanawha counties and they all advise me to handle this in court. I have made numberous logs on the OFW journal area, and made a few inquires to "assisitance" on the web site asking.....can someone please read my journal entries and help me get visitation with my daughter. Dallas Dalton (father I want an update on he arrest of Virgil Workman and Josh Rife and the other Rife that stole property that belonged to my Father. I was with my Father when he filed the papers I do expect something to be done about these slugs who keep doing this to Hard working peopel of Lincoln county. It might be different if this was the only time they have comitted a crime but I know better. Virgil Workman was married to a realitive of mine before she died. The Rife's have been a thorn in many people sides for years, even when i was a child and I am 47. Why would the sheriffs department tell people to shoot them or anyone who is on your property? So they can go arrest the them. What kind of people are being employeed in this county that i use to be proud to be from. I would like one of these jobs where I don't have to work. Parenting This is involving the case of Anthony and Jade Rakes. The children do not want to spend the whole summer with their father , Mark Rakes, and I do not have time to file a modification before school goes out. Mr Rakes hasnt paid child support (court ordered 386.00/month) since January 2011. He is also in contempt of not keeping medical insurance on the children. Could you please let me know what to do about the children not wanting to spend all summer there and not having time to file a modification?
